Account Deletion Process

We take your privacy seriously. If you wish to delete your Hafidh account and all associated data, please contact our support team using the information below. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Will Be Deleted

• Your user account and profile information
• All personal data (first name, last name, date of birth, gender, email address, phone number)
• Memorization progress and recitation history
• Learning preferences and personalized settings
• All app usage data and analytics associated with your account

Note: Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. All your progress and data will be permanently removed.

Processing Time

We will confirm receipt of your deletion request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Before You Delete

Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your memorization progress, recitation history, and personalized learning data will be lost. If you are experiencing issues with the app, consider contacting our support team first — we may be able to help resolve the problem without deleting your account.
